Corriger l'affaissement à la source

Un pavé qui s'affaisse indique un problème de sous-fondation ou de drainage — pas une surface usée. Nous excavons, corrigeons la base et rétablissons la pente avant de reposer.

/ Installation neuve

La base prend plus de temps que la pose

Drainage, géotextile, granulat compacté par couches — la préparation représente les deux tiers du chantier. C'est ce qui détermine si le pavé tient dix ans ou cinquante.

/ Murets de soutènement

Un mur qui cède est un risque structurel

Fondation bétonnée, drainage arrière, inclinaison calculée — chaque muret est construit pour résister aux cycles de gel et dégel des hivers de l'Outaouais, sans compromis.
